Our estimate was for 4 hours. Her boyfriend paid and never once expressed he was disappointed. Actually tipped out for the move. Wish you would have expressed concern before we left. 1 start after we wrapped everything and disassembled a heavy bed frame and no damages.

This industry is demanding and things can happen. We in no way intended to leave you without help or communication. We have since not had this problem or have we missed a scheduled move. We provide full moving services where we have our trucks in the field. We also provide Labor Only Services and again I'm sorry were not able to provide helpers within your needed time frame and we're unable to let you know in time.

Jeff, you did not purchase extra damage protection. Made a more than fair offer for a TV that I'm unsure we damaged. There was no 42". Things seemed fine after we unloaded. The 55" was delivered to the living room, all was good. You texted later about damage to the 55" not a 42". I responded with a offer and never heard back.

I specifically talked to both you and your husband about Valuation coverage and damage protection. You both declined the extra coverage and went with the free option and all items were padded properly. Upon delivery the items were not damaged and have signed paperwork of your satisfaction. One of our crew members became sick / dehydrated from running the 3 flights of stairs at your new location ( modern townhouse with 4 levels and not one item to ground level ) and when he left, we adjusted the hourly rate accordingly. Yes it may have taken longer but total cost was within the estimate. I feel we did a good job for you and delivered as promised.
