Hi Yula, First, I want to sincerely apologize for the delay and for the fact that your pizza arrived cold. That's clearly not the experience we want any guest to have, and we take responsibility for that mistake. What makes this especially disappointing for me personally is that, as you mentioned, you have been regular guests for a long time. We are incredibly grateful for every visit and every order over the years. Restaurants are run by people, and despite our best efforts, mistakes occasionally happen. While we absolutely own this one, I can't help but feel saddened that after so many positive experiences together, a single service failure resulted in a 1-star review rather than an opportunity for us to make things right directly. As the owner, what is difficult for me is that this review seems to define our entire relationship by one disappointing experience rather than the many positive ones that came before it. We have spent years working to earn your trust and loyalty, which is why it hurts to see all of that reduced to a single moment where we fell short.
