Dear Zachary, we are truly sorry to hear about your negative experience. We understand how frustrating it must be to have your car not fixed properly at first visit. We take customer satisfaction seriously and would like to make things right, for that we provided you a rental and Tow service, your car was in May 20th and as on today June 07th it's already returned to you after fixing. So, its not been 2 months at all and it was just the faulty part and everything was under warranty.
Transmission repair failed shortly after vehicle was returned to customer.

Yes We Brought A Diesel Tow truck of our company to Edwards Transmision And Engines( https://g.co/kgs/8kVs9bG )As we Dont Work On Heavy Duty And Diesel's. you Should mention it before that u can't handle 2004 truck and with 200k miles on it.Its a tow Truck and supposed to work fine under some load and it fails on its First job After Transmission Done By You Guys,And Back to You guys and it Takes 3 Months to back to our Facility With Leaking trans oil.
