Will, Our Membership Administration office has been open from 8 a.m. until noon, Monday through Friday, THROUGHOUT this lockdown. Our club locations have been closed and unmanned. You could have called and left a message or sent an email to our office. This information has been available on our Website (it's also in your Agreement) from the beginning of the lockdown. We also sent out a mass email about the lockdown conditions. We are only as good as you getting information to us. We are one of the least oppressive health club operations regarding memberships in the industry - never any contracts and always month to month. Easy to join and even easier to cancel. Stay away? We're not out to get anything over anyone.
