Its upsetting to see that you left a negative review. We at ANH Auto thoroughly check over vehicles with a multi point inspection free of charge with oil change services. We did not touch anything other than the oil change service. There were multiple problems with the vehicle that we simply made you aware of. We have a reputation of being honest and affordable and we gained that reputation by being honest and affordable. Call us anytime if you would like to discuss anything.

Mrs Garza im sorry to hear about you being disappointed. However... Your review is not valid. I explain to all.my customers that the towing is free with repairs. You refused the requested repairs. The vehicle in question is a 1985 ford f150 with multiple issues that need to be addressed. It is very unfortunate that you have left me a negative review even though i gave you a distributor assembly at my cost with no mark up and charged you absolutely no labor as i told you i was tryimg to get it started so you can drive off in it. I did what i promised. I showed you the receipt from the towing company that showed the exact bill due for the tow. I told you i have an agreement with towimg company where they do not charge for the tow when the repairs are done here as they get a small commision to cover the tow which comes out of my pocket. I charged you nothing for the multiple hours it took to diagnose. I returned your vehicle in running condition when it was towed in and wouldnt start. You are selling the vehicle and did not want to repair just get running which we did for you. You paid nothing in labor. Im sorry but you recieved a service that ultimately you didnt pay for and recieved

Mrs. Kirby, I am sorry to hear about the blower motor.. I was not trying to argue with you about anything. We were just taking the normal diagnosing steps to determine the cause of failure. We did not get symptoms for a bas blower. All symptoms pointes to a bad resistor. We, in no way use the sex of a person to determine what needs to be fixed. Most of my customers are women and we in no way take advantage of or do not listen to suggestions simply based in you being a woman. We base everything on the symptoms of the vehicle and try to give the best assessment and recommendations possible. Had i known about the blower i could have credited the resistor to the blower motor repair. Also both items (motor and resitor) could have very well have been bad and you may have needed both. I am sorry you were displeased as we go out of our way to make every experience at ANH Auto as positive and satisfying for every customer. Call me if you have any otber issuez as i can try to come to a resolution for you.

We apologize if you feel we were being rude in any way. We do not believe you have ever called or visited Anh Auto before. If you had an issue with an employee you can call to resolve anytime at 2106370029. We do go out to several buisness to pass out cards and meet as many people as we can since we are in the process of buildimg and expanding. The only way to do that is meet everyone.
