I offerd to help you out you said you needed a this vehicle, so I had one I brought up in mind. Thank you to help you. I know it's a cheap car and I told you it needs work still but you're insisted that you like to have it. And buy it, I've never told you anything about a blue title never told you anything about what was wrong. She said I have a car that I can offer you to make you a deal to help you out.It was your decision that you bought the vehicle.I told you things were wrong.I was not done with fixing it. But you needed it so bad. So I went on ahead, and so did you as is? And then after you drove off, I still went and fixed it when you had those other problems without charging you you can't be mad at me for this for helping. Not fair. The initial estimate that you were given was correct. And he did do it all for that price. However, you needed more repairs done. Your husband requested us to do another job, which costs more money, which we gave you a deal on. Now, the reason your truck has no AC is not because of freon. As my mechanic told your husband numerous times the blower is not engaging the one inside the vehicle. And it's not because the blower is bad. It's because there's soda and all kinds of other things. Built all over those buttons, and it's not allowing it to kick on. It's not telling it to turn on when the button is pressed. We've answered every call that your husband has made. It's possibly missed, maybe 1 or 2. We've answered every text message that we've received and we have not blown you off at all.Now I need you to understand that you are not our only customer however, I am committed to having great customer service. So I'm gonna come by and have a talk with you myself. And see what's going on with your truck? If you're available this evening, please give give me a text message at the number you already have. I'm sorry you felt that way but calling me and texting once. Then I probably missed it cause normally I leave my phone in the truck while I work on vehicle. Plus we installed the belt on and you made it home safe then the following day you called and said it failed again plus you mentioned that someone else had tried to help but it failed again. So there must be something wrong other then the belt cause I tried two different times to install the belt first time I was installed but it faild and the second time in which I came back the next day and installed the little bit bigger belt and it stayed on the whole time I waited for someone to pick up the car so I came back two times so you can't say I was in the wrong for helping you twice and once in theoddle of the night then turn around and at the morning so I got your car running. That completely means you paid me and drove off with your vehicle and not to mention you made it home with out a tow truck. So I far did my part so now it falls again and it's my fault wow I didn't respond due to how you are blaming me for your car hiccups so yes I don't want no part with that issue cause I said this might happen again and you knew this. B

Ma'am. Any shop, any mechanic worth anything will do a diagnostic of their own. If I went around just repairing cars based off of what the customer tells me is wrong with their car 7-10 cars would never get fixed. You see I have 15 years of experience in my field. So I know what I'm doing. Also, you called to get a second opinion. Your words. Not mine. And what else would you have me use to check a water pump in the dark other than a flashlight? You were told of the 150 charge and agreed and accepted it BEFORE I ever came out to your place. It was only after I verified the pump being out that YOU decided to "do it yourself" only after I told you I wasn't interested in the job and would refer you to someone because I had a " gut feeling" Good for you. However my truck was put into use, my gas was used, and my time was taken, my knowledge was used, I was the tool and you ma'am are the fool.

You can make up stories about me that are not true cause all that was your uncle and another mechanic that I know personally make up some bs like this so feel free to say what you want but be sure to out the other ppl that where involved with missing up your car from what you told me and was put into something I didn't do so it's not cool to say what your saying about me pls think about u t what you say cause in reality I do care I don't still and I don't lie. I take my job as a helpful and most needed mechanic that gives a dam about his customers granted I might show up late but I will never let you down or still to make a buck so pls Shang your review cause what I figured out for yall was you didn't see what was going on with your vehicle till i pointed out to you. So every time I pointed out something.You told me either your uncle or your cousin or some other mechanic.Did that so I sounds to me that you had too many mechan.I just started working on your vehicle and didn't know what's getting myself int you now I know so don't believe everything you read or hear

Sir I don't understand how it was for nothing. You said the bike misfires and ran rough and wanted it fixed. My mechanic came out and tuned it up. It's less than a week old and was shipped to you in pieces. Those bikes take a little time to fine tune and get everything torqued as bolts are loosened on their way here from China. I apologize if you feel as though you didn't get your money's worth I can assure you that is not the case however we will be more mindful moving forward.
