We want to clarify your original appointment was set for 2:30 PM, after you requested to move to 4:30 pm and arrived earlier than expected you waited a total of 20 minutes. The appointed tech was wrapping up and getting ready for you, the other tech you mentioned specializes in pedicures only, not nails. So she was not available for your nails. We never intend for clients to feel like their time is wasted. We are sorry for your schedule change causing frustration. Welcome you back for another chance to earn your business.
