Dan, I was surprised to see your review following our recent discussion, especially after you indicated that you weren't planning to leave one. I had agreed to repair your vehicle at our expense, as I relayed to you. Additionally, we requested that you bring your vehicle back so we could inspect it thoroughly for any further damage resulting from the "loose lugnuts." Upon reviewing our camera footage of the technician working on your vehicle, we observed him properly torquing all of the wheels. Given your failure to follow through with your word regarding not leaving a review and not returning the vehicle for further inspection at no cost to you, I find it difficult to validate the legitimacy of your claims. Initial repair failed to fix the oil leak as promised

Bobby, I see that we replaced valve cover gaskets for you on the 5th, on the 17th we recommended another gasket lower then the valve cover gaskets. Unfortunately the 1st leak we repaired was above the other leak, and more severe. Meaning one problem was masking the other issue. We must always take the approach of sealing the biggest leak before moving on to the next one.

Sharon, I apologize you feel lied to and miss lead. We feel it is our duty to make customers aware of service intervals, and other wear and tear on their vehicles. This helps keep your vehicle free from break downs and other more expensive repairs should something catastrophically fail. We were able to complete an Engine air filter, Cabin air filter, a full synthetic oil change on your vehicle for 114.08 dollars. I understand you feel these services were to expensive. Denise, I apologize you feel that we didn't give your husband enough information. Our findings on your car were slight debris in the engine oil and the lifters ticking like you mentioned. It has been our experience with that series of engine, with the amount of miles that yours has on it replacement of the engine is the best option to be able to maintain our 5 year or 50,000 mile warranty, and prevent future failures.
