I am sorry there is an issue , this is the first I have heard of this . I would very much like to look into this . You can reach me 8-6 m-f 623-581-8601 Dean .. Many wrty companies provide the engine , especially if used so we would have no option but to install what they provide and they are paying us to install . Give me a call and her name and I will be more than happy to look into it . Dean . I looked in my system and I have no record of a Gordon with engine replacement . Please give me a call.

Dawn sorry you did not have a good experience with us . I heard Roger on the phone with you going over prices with you repeatedly . He told me you decided not to replace the radiator hoses at this time , you then called back and asked that we do replace the hoses . He assumed that you still remembered the cost from earlier conversation but clearly there was a miscommunication. He should have given you the updated total at that time again and I did talk to him about that . I split the difference with you with what you thought the bill would be and what the total actually was . I thought that was a fair compromise . Obviously you did not . Dean Adams
