Hello, That isn't something we normally do. The only reason that we would ever move someone's seat is if their current one is broken and at that point, we would let you choose a new one. Maverick, Can you let me know what showtime and movie you were seeing. We are working with the janitors to provide a cleaner experience, and these details will help document when and where things were bad. I'd also like to know because of the screen issues you mentioned. I've personally never seen anything like that.
