I wish the vehicle was described so I could look to see if you have the right location as there are other Bandys in Indy. Sorry you had a bad experience but I DO NOT ALLOW vehicles to be returned to a customer as you describe and my customers can attest to that. I’m also surprised that we wouldn’t have received a call back in this situation as we stand fully behind our work.
The mechanic failed to fix the vehicle and staff was rude.

That's unfortunate. But after receiving personal threats against My Family, My Business, And my Home from an EX-Con tends to make it hard to do business with you and your man. You have been given the Phone Number for Power Torque Engines warranty department.

May have been another location. We DO NOT install customer supplied parts. Please check location as we are NOT affiliated with other locations in Indiana.

Sorry for your inconvenience. We have been very busy since people have recently been able to get out and get repairs. Our parking lot has been overflowing and have had to rely on our gracious neighbor that has allowed us to park. Again sorry.

I sincerely apologize for miscommunication for oil change. As far as pricing for part, we DO NOT and WILL NEVER use or install parts from AUTOZONE. Their parts have a very high failure rate and I will not stand behind them. List price for the part installed from O'Reilly Commercial is $349.15. List price is what we charge. I will be more than happy to reinstall your switch and refund you your money. I will also make sure oil is changed. You really could have just come back and asked.....Thank you!

Sorry about your experience. But are you sure you have the right Bandys. We are not affiliated with the others in town, for this reason exactly. We are on East Washington Street. I do not find your name or vehicle as being here. And you wouldn't be out any money if this was performed at this facility, WE STAND BEHIND ALL OF OUR WORK. Just have to bring it in.
