Hi Vivian, I'm sorry to hear you lost some items while using our facility, However one of our policies here is that ALL members are required to bring a lock if you're going to use the locker room. This was all stated in a contract that everyone who uses the facility are required to sign before entrance. I hope you find your lost items! Feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns.

Hi Jaime, I do apologize if you were in any way disappointed with your visit here. We do offer members to freeze accounts. If you are going away for a period of time, It is however 25$ charge to freeze and unfreeze, which comes out to a total of 50$
The fitness center has dirty and outdated equipment mats.
