Hi Shariq. Daniel here, I'm the owner of Breach Fitness and was coaching on the CrossFit side when you arrived. I think some context is needed here: All of our boxing classes start with a warm up- either running outside, three 3-minute rounds on the bike/rower, or 3 rounds jump rope. After that, we do 3 rounds shadow boxing/technique work, then 3 rounds of bag work, then 3 rounds mitt work or partner drills, then finish with core exercises. This is how a standard boxing class is run, similar to thousands of other real boxing gyms around the world. We are not a "boxing fitness" gym, we are a boxing gym. We train amateur and professional fighters, as well as newbies like yourself. That being said: Today, you and your wife signed up through ClassPassfor our "Next Level" boxing class - designed for experienced boxers, which neither of you had (except 1 class at Title Boxing).
