Ashlee. We did our best getting the vehicle to run correctly on your first visit. It came in on a tow truck and left under it's own power. It then returned with fuses pulled which we troubleshot and warrantied the original repair, ONLY to find out that yes the CVT had not been serviced correctly and was failing. This is a worst case scenario for any shop or vehicle owner. Some jobs don't go positively for anyone, if there is any way we can be of service in the future please let us know. Overcharged for repairs and poor communication regarding vehicle service status.

Kristin. I gave you a call today to see if there was something we could be done better. We did choose not to price match a quote you got, we are glad that you were able to get the repairs completed elsewhere. With a 3yr/36k parts and labor warranty, qualified and experienced technicians we wonโt be able to be the best price. Fact is there will always be someone who can do something for less. We have valued you as a customer for years please let us know if there is something we can do for you. -Zac Ohlsen
The business provided significantly overpriced repair quotes compared to a competitor.

Ryan. Thank you taking my call. What is presented above are two full system repairs, unfortunately not โjustโ what fixes the problem. We would have been competitive with 3x the warranty on the Rack and Pinion job you correctly were quoted from the dealer. Full systems are an option that was not presented correctly by our team. We try to bat 1000 with every customer and we fell short on this one. If there is anything we can do for you in the future please let us know. Zac @Budd
Technicians failed to replace AC caps and engine battery cover.

Thanks for your business!
Shop falsely diagnosed a working air conditioner to overcharge for repairs.

Anthony. Thank you for taking my call today. We did a poor job of providing and details on the leak and its severity. The air filter/cabin air filter pricing is just embarrassing. If there is anything we can do to make this right please let me know. Zac@Budd

Thank you for taking the time to speak the other day. We did a poor job of listening to your timeline and needs. We will do better in the future and want to make sure that you remember that all repairs come with our 3yr/36k mile parts and labor warranty.
The business provided an inflated and inaccurate repair quote.
Business reply on Google
Steven, thank you for taking my call. We offered a full system repair and not a part that would fix, but would not repair for a long period of time. We should have done a better job spelling out options and will learn from this.
The shop provided an overpriced quote for unnecessary automotive repairs.
Business reply on Google
We did do a free 2nd opinion and offered you repairs and a full vehicle inspection of maintenance items that could improve the longevity of your vehicle. Not sure there was anything predatory about what happened today. The threats to write a bad review, and completing it in our parking lot sure didnโt feel great for us either. We try our best and cannot please everyone, but we do solid repairs and back the work with a 3yr/36k parts and labor warranty for those that chose to have us help. We hope you have a great day!
Mechanic provided unnecessary repair quotes and failed to address actual vehicle issues.

Dani. Here are our findings. If you were able to tackle these items on your Subaru with an impressive 360k miles for $90, that is even better. We did recommend some other items as well, but where do you start/stop with a a 25 year old vechile? Only recommendations: 1.Confirm vibration when accelerating at low speeds more details under engine mounts. 2.confirm hissing sound when turn off vehicle. Test A/C system and noticed that A/C compressor pulley was wet on A/C refrigerant. Determined that A/C compressor is leaking refrigerant from bearing-pulley, A/C compressor assembly and contaminated serpentine belt need to be replaced. Technician Concerns
High diagnostic fees and inflated repair costs for radiator replacement.
Business reply on Google
Mark. We did in fact send you an estimate for over $1k for a radiator and every wearable component in the system including hoses, thermostat, thermostat seal, radiator cap and labor to install it. All of our repairs come with a 3yr/36k nationwide parts and labor warranty and we pay our technicians a great wage as well as providing 100% of their medical/dental/vision. We will never be the cheapest, nor claim the best. But we are here to do the best we can for our community and if you want to give us another shot we are here for you.
customer was overcharged and experienced poor communication regarding unfinished vehicleโฆ
Business reply on Google
We deserve this. Communication as we trained new staff was less than our best. We audit all of our ROโs and do our best to follow up with everyone after repairs. The initial overcharge was corrected as you said. We hope you the best going forward and please let us know if we can help at all in the future.

First and foremost, I am truly sorry you feel this way. I am very surprised to see your concerns in a review. I felt my communication with you was very clear and we discussed several options for repairs. I also saved the old parts for you to inspect. please feel free to contact me if you have any further concerns or questions.

If you have any issues with the service we've provided, you can try actually talking to us so we can reach a point where you're satisfied. You gave me no indication of anything being wrong, or that you were unhappy, thus I had no chance to try to help improve the situation. You're welcome to come back if you would give us a second chance; I think you'll find we're quite reasonable. But we can't read minds. As far as the check engine light is concerned, I detailed on your invoice, and explained in person, that when your truck came in, it was only running on 3 cylinders, so we had to start with getting it running on all 8 cylinders again. Any driveability issue that severe can set numerous "false" engine codes, so after getting it running properly and making sure the engine is mechanically sound, the next step is to clear the codes and see what codes return after driving the vehicle long enough for the computer to run the necessary self-tests. The truck had expired out-of-state license plates, so we were not going to risk a traffic ticket to road test the truck. I mentioned that it was very likely that the check engine light would come back on. Also, when it came in, it was barely ru
