Olivia, I appreciate you highlighting the client experience and how the rapport and relationships extended beyond the gym. It seems safe to say We had a great time and out of the gym. The only thing that outweighed the relationships was knowing the finiteness of it. With that being said, a true friend would not personally slander and attack the business of another. You were provides the cancelation notice at sign up as it is included within the waiver that you signed. Your membership was set to terminate midway through August in accordance with your move per our conversations. It saddens me that this is our avenue of communication. Again, I love the mutual enjoyment of our trainer/client relationships. I hope all is well!
