Hi, Nancy! We want to make sure you know about the wide variety of seating options here at the Carolina Theatre. In addition to the more traditional movie theatre seating, which it sounds like is where you sat, we also have banquettes, loveseats and individual armchairs -- all with more legroom for your enjoyment. If you ever need assistance in selecting these seats, just call our Box Office!

Hi, Eva. We're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations. One of our favorite things about our theatre is the variety of seating. We offer traditional seats, which it sounds like you purchased, but also roomy loveseats, long banquettes and individual arm chairs. We hope you might give us another try to test out the other types of seating. Also, to avoid online service fees, our Box Office is open an hour before every ticketed performance.
