Hi Mr. Fineout, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. Having been in business for over 45 years, we take customer service very seriously. We would like to take this opportunity to clear up any confusion in regards to your experience. When we called you, we provided you with a quote for your water manifold repairs at a price of $247.63. When asked twice if you authorized these charges, you responded saying yes you wanted the work to be done. We are sorry if you misheard this. At no point in the past have we ever offered this service for $57. This would be an unrealistic price due to the cost of parts and labor required to perform the repairs.
