Face ID stopped working after repair and staff refused responsibility

Hello Victoria, When you brought your phone to us, the back glass was already cracked, and the screen was damaged specifically around the Face ID/front camera area. Unfortunately, when the Face ID components are physically damaged, they cannot be repaired or restored. At the time, I offered to reinstall your original screen and back glass and provide you with a refund. However, you chose not to proceed with that option because the phone was not usable in its original condition. Unfortunately, the Face ID was already damaged before the repair, and that particular component is not repairable. We truly wish we could have provided a different outcome and made you completely happy with our service. Hello Jos, As CellDoctor, we offer three different screen options to our customers at different price levels. These include an aftermarket LCD screen, an aftermarket OLED screen, and an OEM Apple screen. We are Apple Certified for OEM parts. All of our repairs come with a 6-month warranty. However, please note that physical damage and water damage are not covered under warranty. We would be happy to offer you a special discount whenever you decide to repair your screen with us. That said, if there is water damage or physical damage, unfortunately the repair cannot be provided free of charge. Additionally, there is no phone that is completely waterproof; phones are only water-resistant. Even if an OEM part is used, the device will remain water-resistant, not waterproof. Hello Gregg. As a CellDoctor we re using Oem part and after market high quality parts with different price. But almost all kind of repair comes with 6 months warranty. As I understand that you fixed back glass with $150 and you re saying there is different color on back glass. There might be always defective parts so if you brought your phone before cracked it. It was under the warranty which we could change it without any charge. But unfortunately physical damage and water damage re out of warranty. But whenever you decide to fix back glass again. We can give you 50 percent off that we can do $75 for you. Which will be one time deal. We are really so sorry for inconvenience. I hope that you can give us one more try and we can make your experience better with us!

Hello sir. As a CellDoctor we re using high quality screens. We are offering our costumer original screens and after market high quality screens with different price. And all screen comes with 6 months warranty. It might be always defective parts and all defective parts under the warranty for 6 months. Only physical and water damage out of warranty. If I remember correctly you brought phone back with cracked screen and you said your father dropped the phone and we gave you very good discount even there was cracked on your screen. If I am not remember right and there is no physical damage on your screen. You can bring it back and we can change the screen with free of charge

Hi there. I think that you put the review for wrong store. Because even the phone don’t have screws we put all the screws back. And we give 6 months warranty for repair. If you fix it in here you can bring your phone with your receipt that we can take care of free of charge. Pls double check about store that you fixed your phone. Hello Jon. We are really so sorry about your experience. As a CellDoc we are giving 6 months warranty for screen replacement but physical and water damage avoid the warranty. The first time that we changed the screen it was under the warranty. Even you dropped the phone. the screen was ok only screen protector was cracked. And we changed it with free of charge but second time you dropped the phone and this time the lcd got damaged. Unfortunately It is not under the warranty. Even we offered you to fix your phone only with lcd cost and we didn’t charge any labor for fix. You didn’t accept it. We are really so sorry again your experience but Hopefully you can give us one more try.

It might be a defective screen that we take care of with free charge. Only water damage and psychical damage are out of warranty.
