Hi Jason, we’re disappointed to see our first negative review in seven years of business come from a non-member of our facility. We do not run our sauna 24/7 for safety reasons and members typically begin heating the sauna when they arrive to workout. Upon learning about your dissatisfying experience a member of our team issued a refund within minutes. We’ll be implementing a change in our policy on non-member visitation access to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
