For anyone reading, we’d like to explain the situation. This caller reached out asking about tires. We kindly informed them that we are a mechanic shop that handles repairs and maintenance, but we do not sell tires. When they asked what we do here, we explained again that we are a mechanic shop. At that point, the caller began using profanities and calling us names. Despite that, we remained professional and respectful in our responses. It’s unfortunate that the interaction led to this review, especially since we always try to help, even on days when it’s over 100°F outside and things are extra tough. We welcome anyone who needs auto repair or maintenance and will continue treating our customers with respect.
