I’m sorry that you give me a 3 star review, but I’m not part of the gas station, we are separate business.

Mechanic failed to diagnose engine noise and dashboard warning lights.

Business reply on Google

The car was towed in for a suspension problem and not the engine. You also aknowlege that the noise is coming from the suspension. I fixed it for free because it was a simple fix where most place would had charged you. Your car had the check engine light on for awhile and we also brought that to your attention again but you chose not to fix it.

The staff member was perceived as arrogant and money-focused.

Mr Assari, I understand it's disappointing to hear that your car fail inspection. Please understand that there is no way of knowing that a vehicle will pass or fail until an inspection is completed. When a vehicle failed the safety inspection, and in your case it was because of the completely worn out brakes, we could not issue a sticker until the brakes are replaced. There are shops that are willing to overlook this and issue a sticker for you, but please understand this law is in place for your safety and the safety of the general public. As a responsible auto repair owner, I could not pass a vehicle with brakes at the end of their life. I hope you understand. -Dave
