Thank you for sharing your perspective. We would like to correct a few inaccuracies: • We’ve been proudly serving our community for almost six years, with a proven track record of real results and client satisfaction. • The former GM’s name was not Renee. • All of our current trainers are certified professionals, many with kinesiology degrees and competitive athletic backgrounds. • Some former trainers were let go (including the one who wrote this anonymous review ) for not meeting our performance standards — a reflection of our ongoing commitment to quality. • Since the leadership transition, our systems, client tracking, and overall training quality have only strengthened. We’re proud of the direction Core Progression is taking and the results our clients are achieving. While we respect all feedback, anonymous reviews with incorrect information do not reflect the standards we uphold every day. We encourage anyone considering our facility to visit, meet our team, and judge based on their own experience. — Core Progression Elite Personal Training

Hi Marigold, Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sincerely sorry you didn’t feel welcomed during your visit. While our trainers were likely in scheduled training sessions or thought you might be visiting our partner, The Movement Clinic, they should have approached you. Our studio operates by appointment-only to ensure every client and prospect receives personalized attention, but we’d love to make this right. I’d be happy to offer you a free training session to show you what we’re all about. Please reach out to us directly so we can schedule a time that works for you. We hope to have the opportunity to help you on your fitness journey!
Poor communication, high staff turnover, and unprofessional management response…

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We want to clarify that Renay was never a franchisee, and he is no longer with Core Progression as of May 2024. We understand trainer transitions and turnover are frustrating, and while they are sometimes part of running a growing business, we know that doesn't make them any easier on our clients. We do build flexibility into all of our plans and would genuinely welcome the chance to help with scheduling needs, including for clients who travel frequently. We're sorry your experience did not match what you were promised and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
