Hey Garcia we always give an estimate up front and then should prices need to be adjusted we always call to communicate this before proceeding with the repair. I cannot remember having any price disputes with any customers? Are you sure this review is for the right shop. Either way if you do have concerns then I recommend you call us and ask for Matt and we can discuss your situation to take care of you. Hey Michael I love your Grandfather Frank. He is a good man and has been our customer it seems for over 30 years. I admire your love and desire to protect him from us, but it is misplaced. It is true his truck is very old. He should probably move on from it but it seems over the years he has grown attached to it. Old trucks do break. Over the years I have done my best to help keep it on the road for him even doing discounted or free repairs often to help him. You'll find that $200 repairs are not expensive compared to what most repairs cost these days. You must have called late in the day when I leave to go pick my son up from school and you were berating a mechanic that didn't work on that truck, that is why he said he didn't touch that truck. If you called earlier or asked for a manager to speak with then we could have had a constructive conversation about your grandfather's situation. You are welcome to still call I would like to help Frank out if I can. Over 30 years of a good relationship and the grandson whom I have never talked to gives me a bad review, it doesn't seem fair.
