Thank you for your feedback. We take all feedback seriously, but we want to be clear: all services - including the chrome add on — were fully explained and agreed to before the service began. No charges were added without consent. When you visited the salon afterward, we also took the time to clear explain everything to you in person. Despite that, this review misrepresents the situation and does not reflect the truth. We do not take any advantage of anyone — including teens. Our pricing is transparent, and we stand by the fairness and honesty of service. We always welcome feedback, but we ask that it be based on facts.
Nail design execution was poor and acrylic application was uneven.
Nails are popping off twelve days after application.
