Thanks for the feedback. We are definitely working on temperature control - unfortunately it’s been a several year process with the City of Dallas. As for activities, unlike a lot of other circus schools, we vary our activities seasonally based on which high quality instructors we have available. If we don’t have a phenomenal German wheel coach, we don’t offer that activity. We’re glad you have the opportunity to travel to other circus centers and genuinely appreciate the feedback.
Inadequate booking information and lack of air conditioning in the facility.

Hey Sarah, I'm sorry 2 hours was too long for your group. We shared this info with the office staff that helped you book, so they can better guide people in the future. I'm glad you were impressed by the experience and I hope you give us another shot in the future!
Poor communication, unhygienic class conditions, and failure to provide promised refunds.

I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. I am one of the owners and I spoke to you in person on both occasions. I fully admit that we dropped the ball on your first class. Our instructor was sick and she messaged our Office Manager the morning of the class (who was in Cancun at the time, and didn't get the message). Our Assistant Office Manager, Jared, is the one you spoke to who was scrambling to figure out why the instructor didn't show up for work. I told you all of this in person and offered to issue you a credit towards a future class; you seemed very understanding and never once asked for a refund (we have video surveillance of the interaction if you're interested). When you called the next morning you spoke to a completely random instructor who had no knowledge of the situation, but based on our records, Jared called back that afternoon, gave you a full refund to your card AND gave you credit towards a free class. If you haven't received that, you should call your bank. We can't upload screenshots here, but we can text you proof of the refund being issued on July 18th. Today when I spoke to you, you were clearly upset about sharing silks and I apologized that you weren't awa

Glenda, I'm really sorry you didn't have a good experience. As a teaching philosophy our instructors spend the first 15 minutes of class warming up, then they spend 15 minutes teaching fundamental skills. The second half hour of the class is geared towards teaching a sequence that the instructor feels is appropriate for the experience level of the students (they have about 20-30 sequences that they can choose from). I'd be happy to offer you and your sister another beginner silks class to see if she would be more comfortable the second time around.
Instructor failed to provide adequate attention to beginner students during class.

Ashley, I'm really sorry this was your experience. We generally pride ourselves on working with each individual at their level. You were signed up for a beginner level class, so I apologize if there were experienced students in that class. If you'd be willing to come back I'd be more than happy to comp you and your niece into a class next week with a different instructor. Just shoot us an e-mail at [email protected] and we can work out the logistics.

I'm sorry you had a bad customer service experience. Unfortunately you were scheduled for a sold-out class with a waiting list and you called to cancel only minutes before the class started. As our office manager told your son, if you had called even an hour earlier we could have worked with you as we likely would have been able to resell your spot to someone on the waiting list - but your son also didn't say anything about an emergency, he simply said he couldn't make it. We also offered you a promotional credit if you signed up for another class so you didn't lose the money you had already paid (since you claimed that you intended to buy more classes anyway), but you declined our offer. This offer is still on the table - we would be more than happy to give you a credit to use towards a future class if you do indeed buy more classes. But you are correct, this is a small, locally owned business, and we have a fairly strict cancellation policy because that is the only way we can keep classes at a reasonable price point; a cancellation policy which you had to accept in order to make the original booking. Customer satisfaction means everything to us - as you can tell from our 5-star r
