Osvaldo, if you purchased lottery tickets with your debit card or your purchase was less than $5, there is a 35-cent charge, which is posted in English and Spanish disclosed in front of all clients. ALL CC processors have bank fee's, every time you swipe your card, which we can go over in detail if you're interested. If you are aware of a credit card processor that does not charge, please feel free to disclose that information, that way I can switch and refund you your 35 cents that you lost.
