Poor nail application quality and unprofessional staff refusal to provide repairs
Business reply on Google
Dear Sarah, Thank you for your feedback. To ensure transparency, we would like to clarify what occurred during your visit. We invested an hour and a half of dedicated effort into your full set of nail art. When you returned 13 days later demanding a refund for chipped nails, we explained our policy: repairs are provided within 3 to 5 days. Expecting a full refund or a free service after nearly two weeks of wear does not reflect the reality of professional nail care. At that moment, our team was fully booked with other scheduled clients. We offered to accommodate you if you could wait, but as we value the time and heart our technicians put into their work, we requested a 50% service fee for the repair. You declined this and chose to leave. We take great pride in our craft, and we believe that high-quality artistry deserves fair compensation. We are sorry that our professional standards did not align with your expectations, and therefore, we will not be able to serve you in the future. Sincerely, Diva Nails

"Dear Nancy, Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I am Helen, the owner of Diva Nails. I have personally conducted a thorough review of our appointment records and client database, and I am unable to locate any service history or visit details associated with your name. As we pride ourselves on maintaining meticulous standards, I suspect there may be some confusion regarding the establishment you visited. We are truly passionate about the artistry and professionalism we provide here at Diva Nails. Should you be interested in experiencing the quality that our clients have come to expect, I would be honored to welcome you to our salon personally. Wishing you a wonderful day. Sincerely, Helen Owner, Diva Nails"

Hello Krista L, My name is Helen from Diva Nails. Iβm very sorry to hear that your experience was not satisfactory, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. This was your first visit to our salon, and you came in with very long powder nails requesting a removal and a manicure. We would never charge for something you did not receive β our prices are fair, and we take pride in serving our customers with honesty, hard work, and care. We have been in business for a long time and have always valued trust and good service. Regarding the small amount of powder left on your nails, it seems the technician may have missed it, and I am truly sorry for that oversight. If you are not satisfied with the result, please feel free to come back, and we will be more than happy to fix it for you at no charge. Thank you for your feedback, and again, I apologize for your experience. β Helen, Diva Nails

Dear Esmeralda Hernandez, We thank you very much for coming to our shop, you came to do your feet on September 2nd you asked for a cut for you, we also tried to take it out for you but your toe was swollen so our staff refused to take it out for fear of infection so they advised you to go to the doctor they will check for you, but a week later I received a message from you saying you went to another shop to take it out for you, why didn't you come we will take it out for you because at that time it was no longer swollen so we could take it out, you also understand this hope you understand and hope to see you in the future. you ask for the price and we give you the price in details. You agreed with the price and we started the services. There is no purple color in the picture shown to us. You did not want to pay when we completed the service. We were standing there waiting for you to pay. We work hard to earn our money. Nothing is free for us and also nothing is free for you Her daughter wants to do everything, make a pedicure for her feet, a full set. For her feet, then apply gel polish and a full set for her hands. We apply manicure-style nails, prepare to apply powder, and she tells me she has A total of $100, she didn't have enough money so she forced me to remove the nails, and the $200 she paid was for two sets of nails and the money to attach and remove her daughter's nails, she wanted to do it but she didn't want to pay... I said the price, but you didn't give me the card. Let me swipe it. I had to stand and wait for her, but she said I stood with my head down
