Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the concern this caused. We would like to clarify that the dark spots were not mold. We have colorful dumplings on our menu, and the black dough is made with black sesame powder mixed with flour. When preparing the noodles that day, some of that black sesame flour was accidentally mixed with the regular flour, which caused the dark spots to appear in the noodles. We completely understand why this was alarming, especially since the meal was for your child, and we sincerely apologize for the worry and confusion.
