Sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with the customer service. We tried to answer your question succinctly and in a timely manner, at this, our busiest week of the year. Per USPS regulations, once a mailbox is closed, we can no longer accept mail for that mailbox, including returned items. These items are tendered back to USPS. A one-star review greatly damages our small business and we hope that you reconsider.
Lack of package drop-off scanning leads to tracking and delivery issues.

Wow! You are giving us a 2 star review because the post office didn’t do their job? Whats more, we accept USPS packages as a courtesy. We are not compensated for doing it. We can't give you a receipt that proves you dropped it off. Also we have camera surveillance that proves the USPS driver picked it up. You’re mad at something the post office did but want to blame us for being a convenient place to drop off your packages; a service we provide WITHOUT compensation so that people like you can attack our business for doing everything we possibly could to help you? Thus the “wow” reaction. The post office IS compensated by your tax dollars. We aren’t. You didn’t pay us anything. You paid the post office. Our team did everything correctly. The post office had delays (which happen no matter where you drop off the package). All of that being said, please don’t come back. You are a perfect Post Office customer.

Thank you for making the time to review our team. Our goal is to be the best value provider (best service for the best price). The post office is definitely going to be the cheapest option. I am happy to hear that our team made the effort to cut a box down to size (which saves our customers money by reducing the dimensional weight of the packages). Sometimes we run out of certain box sizes! It sounds like the team did what they have been trained to do which is take care of our customers as well as they can with the tools they have available! Thanks again for your feedback!
Staff stole items from a customer shipment.
The business refuses to scan packages for tracking purposes.

I am sorry that we were unable to accommodate your request to scan in your prepaid drop-off USPS packages. As a privately owned shipping partner for USPS (and UPS, FedEx, and DHL), we take in dozens of drop-off packages everyday. However, USPS does not provide a means for us to scan packages into their system, nor does USPS compensate us for accepting them. Please understand that we accept prepaid USPS packages as a courtesy only. If you need to have your packages scanned by USPS, you must to take them directly to a government run US Postal Service station.
Staff member displayed rude and condescending behavior toward a customer.
