Kim, thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. It's important for us to note that we do not, in fact, haggle with vendors. Rather our job is to work within the budget we set out and provide vendors that would fit within that budget to ensure your wedding has a vetted, qualified team to execute your beautiful wedding. Trying to negotiate a lower rate will compromise the design and our relationship with vendors, creating a risk you won't receive the vision you'd like. Additionally, vendor prices are set by small businesses and we want to make sure to respect that as well. Because we don't receive a commission or kickback, we're able to pass on discounts where applicable as was the case with some of your vendors. This ensures that the decisions we're guiding you towards are simply in the best interest of your wedding. Overall though, we absolutely regret not meeting your expectations, we appreciate the feedback and wish you nothing but the best. It was truly an honor to be able to help you and Ben with your big day.
