Customer experienced discriminatory service and was skipped by staff

Thank you for visiting us so many times. I just wanted to clarify that nobody was skipping the line. The gentleman had already placed and paid for an online order for pizzas, picked them up, then briefly came back because he forgot disposable plates. While I was handing him the plates, he also grabbed two bottled drinks, so I quickly finished that transaction as well since it only took a few seconds and was part of an already active order. There was absolutely no intention to ignore you or let another customer cut in front of you. I completely understand how it may have looked from your perspective, but nobody was being prioritized over you. And since you’ve visited us so many times before, I’m pretty sure you know we always try to treat every customer with respect and fairness, which is why I wanted to clarify the situation.

Calling my work “frozen Sysco food” is a false accusation. If these desserts were frozen, we’d have every flavor stocked all day long. Instead, there are limited options, because I only have two hands. You asked why we only had five options. First of all, today’s flavors were our most popular — just maybe not the ones you wanted. That’s your problem. And the fact you even brought this up proves the opposite of what you’re claiming: if these were frozen, I’d have the full lineup every day without limits and wouldn't be the only place in the entire Jax having them, every other bakery would have them too. And here’s the truth: instead of digging through Sysco and other distributors’ websites, trying to find something suspicious or playing detective games here, you should educate yourself and watch my behind the scene videos. Before buying a mousse dessert I would highly recommend to research what a mousse dessert actually is and how the process works. Without freezing the mousse, it will never hold its shape. Simple as that. If you still don’t get it, ELEON isn’t for you. Walmart is always open. So when the "frozen pastry" theory didn't stick now the complaint is about when we turn on
The shop had no food available and unfriendly service.
Employee was rude and made an inappropriate accusation toward the customer.

Hi Rachel & Alison, It’s unfortunate you left with that impression. Your question about the dragon fruit pastry was answered politely three separate times — you never mentioned having hearing difficulties, and we can’t read minds, yet we still repeated the answer each time without issue. By the time you arrived, only two pastries remained — the rest had sold out hours earlier — so it’s unclear which “mediocre” pastries you’re referring to. And yes, our shop is small — we never claimed to be a three-story mansion, just a small bakery that makes everything by hand and sells out fast. We pride ourselves on respectful service, and we extend the same courtesy to every guest, regardless of accent.
The fruit pastry filling tasted artificial and had incorrect texture.
Pastries and desserts are low quality and taste mass-produced.
The bakery serves frozen food and the owner is unprofessional.
The pizza was hard and lacked flavor.
The business misrepresents frozen products as fresh and threatens customers.
The milkshake tasted poor and the staff were dismissive.
Owner was rude and accused customer of writing negative reviews.
Manager was verbally abusive to customer regarding an order change.
Staff member was rude and disrespectful regarding food quality concerns.
Poor quality food and refusal of refund for unsatisfactory cake

I'm going to counter your review with what actually transpired during your visit. First. You cannot return a cake that was half eaten and enjoyed. Same with the pastries. We have all the pictures of half missing cake and pastries. Unfortunately, this is not how our business operates. Second. At first you did not like the size of the cake topper(although it's a standard size for a 6" cake)and we kindly agreed to make you another one with no cost. Then you were trying to get free candles. After you picked up your cake you reached out 8 hours later and said none of your pastries are fresh or yummy. Then you came to our store along with your mom who was threatening us with her 3M followers. We kindly showed you the footage with date and time on it when your custom cake was actually assembling. You saw that it was around 9pm the previous day and you picked up your order at 11am. It couldn't be any fresher. Third. Your total was not $200 just for a cake as you mentioned, it was $196 including a 6" custom cake with custom cake topper and NINE other pastries. Fourth. We have your receipt with all the info on it including FRESH strawberries as a filling as you chose. If you would choose jus
