Hi Vivian, thank you for sharing your feedback. As the owner, I would like to clarify a few points of readers have accurate information. During your visit, there was a discussion about pricing because you mentioned that the cost has increased by about $30 compared to before . to avoid any misunderstanding. The services were reviewed together using the menu prices. You personally used your phone calculator to add the services and after going through them step-by-step the difference came out to about $5 dollar per Service, not $30. Our prices are clearly listed on the salon menu. Like many businesses, they have been adjusted overtime due to increasing cost of products, rent, and labor. Regarding the message you mentioned in your review, it was sent only to clarify the pricing again after the visit, so there would be no confusion. It was not intended to bother or harass you in any way. We’re sorry that the misunderstanding left you with a negative experience at our salon.
