Hi Ms. B. Thank you for multiple visits and the kind words about our facility. We appreciate your attendance. We've made great efforts to create a nice space for professionals like yourself. We make our space available for individuals and organizations to promote all types of events. The singles event was promoted by an independant organization. I would hope that you would not miss out on great events in the future becase of that one experience. Our gated lot, attached to the theater, is manned by staff who watch out for you and your vehicle. Most parking lots in the downtown area are more expensive and do not include a person looking out for you. Free parking is available on side streets and at the bank across the street. Thanks again!

Ms. Alana Cummings, The name on your contract or Clarniece Devereaux, or whatever your real name, to say that I'm disappointed at how you've chosen to voice your assessment of our event center is an understatement. Ms. Alana Cummings / Clarniece Devereaux, I just wish that you were honest with your assessment of what truly transpired. Your event turned out great because of my staff and 3 additional staff we provided at no additional charge to you. We had compliments on our venue and services by Allie Jones, the guest of honor, and many of your event attendees. You visited us at our facility on July 3, 2023 asking us to help you with a last minute event for Allie Jones 70th Birthday party. You stated it was a small party and requested seating and food for fifty (50) people. We provided you with a detailed proposal and terms of our service on July 3rd. We use Perfect Venue event management software. The software provides a detailed itemized list of everything that we are providing along with the price. On July 6, you signed the invoice/agreement and paid the deposit. Our contract, attached to your invoice, detailed out what we were providing, along with any additional services. It al
