Staff demanded extra payment for a class already paid via ClassPass

Business reply on Google

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. However, this situation was beyond our control, as your booking was made through ClassPass, a third-party booking system that we do not manage or control. ClassPass reservations are specific to the studio selected at the time of booking and do not transfer between locations. This is a limitation set by ClassPass that applies to all users and participating businesses. In this case, you booked a class at F45 Queen Anne via ClassPass but arrived at F45 Central District, a different location than your reservation. Any changes to your booking would have needed to be made directly in the ClassPass app. Per ClassPass policy, we are unable to cancel, modify, or remove bookings on a customer’s behalf. These changes must be made by the ClassPass user. We do our best to accommodate all guests while adhering to the policies set by third-party booking platforms. As a participating ClassPass studio, we must comply with these policies to continue offering this booking platform. We appreciate your feedback and always strive to provide the best possible experience!

Grace - thank you for your feedback. Sorry we missed the mark for you and for any misset expectations; it sounds like you are looking for a different style of fitness/gym. We are a fitness studio, so the format is different than a big box gym. Our 2500 sq ft studio is larger than most fitness studios in our genre of fitness. At F45 Training we know all of our members by name because were a small fitness studio and not a large traditional gym. And yes - we are a HIIT workout; our focus is to provide Functional Fitness in a HIIT workout framework. And no we don't have squat racks and don't focus on extreme heavy lifting. Our primary focus is fitness based on functional movement to help our members feel and live better - this includes a focus on building lean muscle mass. One of the big advantages of F45 Training is that we can offer a personal training style of class at a fraction of the cost of 1 on 1 personal training. The TV's in the room are not a replacement for coaching but a guide to help members through the workout so that our coaches can focus on member safety and form. I'm not sure what day you attended, but if is was today (Wednesday) - then it was a cardio day and I'd ask
