Hi, thanks for the honest feedback, and I am sorry the visit did not go the way you planned. Our staffed hours are posted on our website, on the day pass purchase page, and again on your emailed receipt. Members have 24/7 access, but day pass visits require a staff member on site for check-in, and 2 PM falls between our staffed shifts. That is why our team asked you to come back within the hour. I would still like to make this right. Call us at 713-969-0039 and we will honor your pass during staffed hours or refund it, whichever you prefer. - Layn, Owner

Hi Bree, Thank you for taking the time to write this out. I take feedback on tours seriously because that first interaction matters more than almost any other touchpoint we have. I checked in with Jose and the team about your visit, and what you described isn’t consistent with how he typically shows up. That doesn’t mean your experience wasn’t real, just that we’re honestly puzzled by the disconnect. A few things worth clarifying for anyone reading this. We do offer online sign-up through facetsevenfitness.com - the in-person enrollment piece may have been a miscommunication that day. Worth noting in case it helps someone else considering us.
