dear Daisy I’m sorry to read about your frustrations.The issue which you are describing in your feedback run counter to the values of our salon. and this deeply concerns me . here is the story … The moment you walking to the salon you have acylic nail on your hands need to soak off and you know it takes a while for them to comes off … The first lady was asking you first moment when you seat down ：“ did you getting extension Nails or just your original nails. Your not answering her questions and focus on your phone … after few mins later the first lady have find out you getting extension nails so our technitien switch the person who professionally doing extension nails kind stuff … we always takes very serious for the big job like extension nails .. we dont do rush job here.. 2 hours with nail need to take off like you have today is normal here …. For the hot towel that you mention here i just comfirm with my nail technitiens …she was trying to provide vitamin E oil on your hand and then lotion with massage & hot towels …. You finaly stop her to giving you the vitamin oil so how can she continues for lotions and hot towels kind stuff？… I M sorry honey i cant do anything about your v

The service you are getting -UV builder gel extension $ 128 -2 nails french design & 2 nails double line french design $20 -calor gel on top $30 Plus service tax = the number you get Every cost it was post on the board above Beyond that I think we have misunderstood for the name we call the “ gel extension ” between nail tech and you . we do apolozied about that . there is lower level call gel X extension which cost $ 118 the gel colar is included .. but our nail tech comfirm with you the type of extension you want before to getting start . You agree to what she offer and you mind think that was same like you getting before so … any way we just want to fixing the things right. i do apolozied for the inconvience .. please reach me out to see if we can making any appropriate corrections please： 6462515496 Bruce
