The driver removed the luggage from the vehicle & placed it on the sidewalk, as is protocol. Each of our ice bins have working drains. No water can pool in the bottom of the bins, & bins are wiped after each run. The passenger placed 2 heavy luggage carts on the sidewalk, then left them unattended. Both carts rolled off the sidewalk & curb, slamming into a freshly painted limousine panel, so, of course the driver was concerned about the scuff marks left by the carts. The driver took a few minutes to buff the scuffs out w/ a microfiber cloth, so we did not have to charge the client for damage to the vehicle.
