Hey Brooke! Thank you for the detailed feedback! Not quite sure of the purpose, considering you texted the following day after your session requesting a membership. Unfortunately, these objective, one sided reviews can potentially hurt a small business. But luckily for us, we have an amazing member/client base who actually know us (Tiffany/Kira) and love being part of a fun, supportive gym family!! Although I can't apologize for what you perceived as an unprofessional and unwelcoming experience, I can empathize with and appreciate the amount of time you took to give us very specific, yet fairly inaccurate feedback. You see, Tiff is one of the best, highly sought after trainers in Indy, and she took time out of her day to make you feel welcome and give you an extra long training session. Oh and just to clarify, Kira did promise you a free initial session IF you joined the gym-so really that appointment was for a tour but no biggie! It's unfortunate that you mistook her confidence and expertise for arrogance-guess that's how she successfully and on her own accord opened and operated her own gyms for over twenty years.
