I am really sorry for your experience but since the shutdown and all the changes due to covid. My business is like millions of small businesses can’t operate fully because it is extremely hard to find employees, i am the only one full time i teach most of the classes for right now and i do all the one on one training, We always post the schedule changes on our website so i am hoping class pass will update it for you guys. And for your $15 charge that they charged you we definitely don’t get this much money from them per visit but you and your friend can come anytime to try my Monday or Tuesday classes at 6 pm.
