If any other issues happen, you can also reach out to us on our Instagram account for a fast reply and resolution!! Sometimes our billing company and make a little mishap during their updates. We apologize and hopefully the issue has been resolved.

You can simply leave a note at the front desk or look at our cancellation policy at the front desk. All the numbers are listed you can contact to help. if you signed up in person, all of this information was relayed to you as you were signing. Hey Paul glad you love all the equipment! We continue to upgrade and add new pieces to the gym. Both Tyson & Elliot are registered service dogs and thats why they are so well behaved and available to members as they request. Since we dont have any hidden fees or contracts we are able to keep our memberships much lower than any of the corporate or larger gyms that dont even offer all we do. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to try and improve the gym environment! keep working hard!

Sorry you had a bad experience with your membership. We had some glitches that we have now figured out and hope to continue to have the easiest cancelation procedure around. Since we dont have a contract or any hidden fees it allows us to help with a cancelation faster than any other gym. Thanks for you feedback and we hope to make things even easier moving forward. CP thanks for the feedback. We are known for being the cleanest gym in the city and always strive to be better with staying on top of the gyms cleanliness. Every night all the equipment gets sanitized and the turf is vacuumed weekly no matter what. We were able to get the toilet repaired in a timely manor. The gym is always set to 75 deg to make sure everyone is comfortable. We pride ourselves in being the only gym that helps donate blood for the community and the Red Cross is more than sanitary in their practices. Unfortunately it wouldnt be very optimal for getting anyone to donate blood in a closed facility for the Red Cross but thankfully when they are here it doesnt disrupt any members from using the turf or equipment! Hi Meredith, sorry you had a hard time getting in. We are open 5am-11pm M-F & 5am-8pm weekends. Its a keycard or phone access gym for members. There has always been a QR code right on the front door to help anyone join online along with our virtual tour online. We continue to try to make it easier for people to join while having a safe secure facility where people can train. Hopefully you found a gym that fits your needs and your kicking butt!

Sorry you had a bad experience with getting what you needed Sky. The online sign up has always been on the front door , front desk and the tv greeting people in the lobby. Our staff can always help with a membership, we have since then added more staffed hours to help avoid this. Thank you for the input to help us improve! Keep safe and healthy!

Hello Benjamin, Full Throttle Fitness is a members-only gym. The gym is open Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM. The doors are locked to protect the gym and its members. All members have individual door access. I'm not sure who you spoke with (verbal) regarding the price, but the pricing on the website is accurate. FTF staff are also personal trainers and are usually training clients, but they are always available around the gym to assist and answer questions.
