Hello Jasmine, it's a mistake. You never booked with H-Town Movers. You only requested a quote through Yelp and after we sent you a quote you never responded to us. We never had your address, phone number, day of the move or any other information so there is no way we could send you movers. You booked with completely different company, not H-Town Movers! Please check what company who you booked with and fix this error. We never had Victor working with H-Town Movers and there is no way our Movers could show up to your place and cancel it last minute since you never gave us any of your information. Your review is very unfair and wrong, there is no single word that's true. I hope you read this and take action. Thank you!
