Princess Baobao, Thank you for your feedback. You called halfway through the day inquiring about your 1997 Nissan Pathfinder to have your battery light fixed same day. You mentioned you weren’t sure if your alternator was working properly. I quoted you for an alternator ($270.00) I mentioned to you, I have time to put an alternator in your car but I would not have time to check out what’s going on electrically with your car because the day was half over already. You asked for us to measure your readings before the job and I said sure I would but that does not always mean the alternator is bad. Therefore, what i told you what I could do today and what I could not do today. People call and inquire about quote and jobs daily. Just because you don’t know what is going on with your car does not mean other people do not. For example, if you ask me for tires, I give you tires. I don’t make sure your car is aligned. Cars can be complicated and the answer is not always fast or straightforward. Things take time to check.
