Here at HnH Rental Cars we make sure all our customers come first. We gave you a vehicle that we normally charge $250 a day for at $150 a day. We record all our cars before leaving the lot inside and out and we also have all our customers to initial on the agreement where it ask does the vehicle have damaged. You initialed the car did not have any damage during picking it up. You rented the vehicle for 4 days up front and we gave you a weekly rate instead of charging you $250 for each day. All our cars get cleaned inside and out before leaving the lot and if we find any odor inside the vehicle we have a system in place to remove it before the next customer get into the vehicle. The vehicle was returned with burn holes in the back leather seats and the cup holder was full of ashes. Fees came out of your deposit for this instead of filling a claim. We sent you pictures of this and we sent you back $250 from your $500 security deposit. It cost to fix the damage seats and it cost us to remove the smoke odor with the system we use.
