Jazze, We apologize for your experience with us! At Horizon rental cars, we PRIDE ourselves in providing SUPERIOR customer service and allowing our customers to choose from a large selection of over 50 vehicles. Before each rent our team members complete a 20 point mechanical and cleaning inspection before every car goes out. In addition, we take pictures prior to each vehicle going out and allow customers to do same for any concerns they may want us to take note of as well. When each vehicle returns our team goes through the same process to ensure there are no mechanical, physical damage or cleaning issues that have arose during the duration of the rental and we confirm with proper documentation and pictures. Unfortunately, this customer brought back the vehicle in a condition that they didn’t receive the vehicle in. The car was filthy and had mechanical damage needed immediate attention before it’s rented out to a future customer. Pictures are attached to this review as well before and after the
