Logan, Thanks for staying and for providing some insight about your recent stay. We really must apologize for the overall state of the bathroom. As an older building we run into plumbing issues pretty frequently. No excuse as the team is trained to report to our Engineering team. Truly sorry we missed this one. At the same time we are fully aware of how small our rooms are. That's why we call them Mini. We also think we do a pretty good job of telling it like it is on our website, 3rd party channels and all over social media. If you have any suggestions, we are all ears! Given how small our rooms are we know the importance of added value which is a big reason why we provide our guests with free beer each evening. It's our little way of saying thank you! Again, thanks for giving us a try! With more than a hundred different hotel options in Seattle we know you've got plenty of options and hope that you find one that aligns with who you are. Cheers, Kevin Scott General Manager Hotel Max

Hey there Stefanie, Truly sorry about the frustrating and overall disappointing experience. Size isn't our strong suit. Our Mini and Classic room categories aren't the norm for today. We are just smaller all around. Rooms, bathrooms and elevators. With the large convention in town this past weekend we had people coming and going all day to the center. This really put a strain on the elevators and wait times. Truly sorry. Also, I'll make sure to speak with our Front Desk team about their lack of a professional response. You are right. Not the way you should speak to anyone. Again, so sorry about the issues experienced and I appreciate you sharing them with me. It only helps us improve. At the end of the day we know there are a lot of options in Seattle and hope that your future travels to Seattle bring you a hotel that better fights your expectations. Cheers, Kevin Scott [email protected]
