I am so sorry that you were not happy with your service, even after you texted me pictures, and stated how happy You were with your nails. however I explained that I had started a trial of a 3rd party marketing assistant last night that auto posts to Google to enhance marketing reach and to help manage my content, because I was excited to share these and reach more people. I had explained that I was unaware it had altered the photos, and I was equally as upset because I am known for my freehand art. I rectified the issue, and will not be using that assistant and cancelled their trial because I take pride in my work. After explaining what happened, you refused my offer for a redo and continued to ask for a refund when I explained I do not offer refunds but would be happy to do a new set with new art. I will say your total was $130, for a pedicure and a gel extension set, and the tip that you and your husband left was $70. My offer is still open to redo the set.
