UPDATE: Again... If you step foot on the property, you will be trespassed off. I'm not sure what your end game is, but we won't allow you to harass our managers or tenants and will involve the police. An actual tenant with this level of dissatisfaction would assuredly move out, because you indeed have a choice where you store. You are not a tenant, the name and email you wrote your threatening letter to the Arizona Self Storage Association is not in our database in any form whether first, last, or email, your vehicle was not in our lot in front but to the side which is monitored by Home Depot. We will do whatever necessary to maintain security. We've reviewed records, and you are not a tenant here. We've also seen this same post on the Neighborhood app. Home Depot towed your vehicle, not us, and we do find it important to security to keep those loitering off of our property. We will issue a trespass next time you come by the property. We have spoken with our managers after also receiving your threatening email sent to the Arizona Self Storage Association and support their efforts to keep our parking spaces open to tenants at all times. Hi Mitchell, I am sorry that you felt we were aggressive when asking you to not hang out and loiter around our building we have to ensure the security and safety of our tenants and others visiting our site with the increase rise of public urination and other acts of trespassing we must not allow loitering on or near the property we understand if this inconvenienced you it is not our intentions to sound aggressive we do ask politely when we do ask loiters to leave the property. I'm sure you understand that security is a priority and that the parking surrounding the building is private property. Our tenants know that their goods are under the best care in the city. We will continue to maintain a safe and secure environment and will take your comments into consideration. After speaking to our managers, it came to my attention that you were laying on your car horn for 10 minutes, disrupting our business, and throwing rocks into the garage area. This will not be tolerated. Your interaction was recorded on camera.

HI Tiffany in all fairness this was not the interaction we had with you. There are several places in the shopping center that you could have gone to seek shade rather than retreating to the shrubbery. Unfortunately we can not allow sheltering in the shrubbery. You also do not have a unit here at the facility so you are not a customer with us. I am sorry you felt we yelled at you but politely asking you to get out of our bushes should not constitute any disrespect. We do not allow anyone to retreat into our shrubbery so rest assured it was nothing personal. Stay cool and have a great day!
