We are so sorry for how this was handled. You were such a wonderful part of our community, and we genuinely miss having you here. We've learned from this experience of partnering with an outside company to assist in this program to bring in new members, and have made changes so this doesn't happen again. These contracts are not with us and we have never gotten any money from them, but losing you has cost so much more. We will not participate in these programs again, thank you for your honest feedback.
The website is difficult to navigate and view class schedules.

Hi Amber, We are extremally sad to read your review. We are the first Pole and Aerial studio in Jacksonville and have been in business for over 17 years. We do it for the love of our members and students. We post a calendar with all our class on our home page monthly also, on Facebook, and Instagram. We do not take payments for our classes ahead of time or require any purchase of anything. We only just suggest you reserve your class. We hope that you take another look, call or email us with questions or come to a class and reconsider the 1 star review. Give us a chance to show you how awesome our studio is and we would like any feedback on our scheduling process and website. We like to say, come where you are celebrated!! We sincerely regret you had an unsatisfactory experience when you visited. We are trying to keep everyone who comes to inShape and ourselves safe so we can continue to operate. If you had left a message we would have happily called you back to explain our new Covid procedures. The owners of this gym also come from a customer service background and are very proud of our Google high rating. We wish you peace and love. Stay safe.
The fitness equipment and mats were unsanitary and not cleaned between uses.

Hi Sally, I am so very sorry this was your perception and we failed to explain our procedures. Our Policy is fully stated and explained before and during class. We have a cleaning station which supplies students towels and sanitizer spray bottles that we remind before and during class to use. If you need to borrow a yoga mat, it is your responsibility to clean it before and after use. We hope you do come back and enjoy our classes. We take pride in our cleanliness and want everyone to feel safe!

We appreciate your review and wanted to let you know we work hard everyday to provide our customers with a fun, safe, and unique way to exercise. We have a variety of classes to choose from with several different instructors each with a different style, some classes may be more dance based and some more flexible with long stretching at the end. With that said we want all our customers to have a wonderful experience, and offer refunds or class re-schedules if any one is unhappy. We are a certified and licensed Pole/Aerial Studio and have been in Business since 2005. We want to assure you our equipment and rigging is very safe! Thank you.

Alexis, We are so sorry to hear that your introduction to our gym and pole was other than enjoyable. We pride ourselves on making a safe and fun atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and has a challenging, yet, fufilling class through our instruction. With that being said when there are new students in a 45 minute beginners class the instructor will do warm up, cool down, and basic moves, which include the conditioning needed to build the muscle and flexibility for pole. Pole is done on static or spinning poles, the studio provides both. We often swap between static and spinner poles (Sorry this did not occur during your class). We hope this does not deter you from the wonderful world of pole and would love if you gave our classes another opportunity.

Hi Paul, Not sure if you're for real, because this is an all Ladies gym, and Men never enter our facility. But By the way we have 9 Poles, 5- 10ft XPoles and 4 -15 ft stainless steal custom Poles. We have been in Business 9 Years and both owners have a list of fitness certifications and Business knowledge. If you want to challenge our reputation, I suggest you contact us directly.
