It should be noted that from the moment this athlete joined the gym, they constantly complained about the workouts, picked which exercises to participate in, refused and discredited coaching feedback, and misused their training time. They consistently attempted to coach over the coaching staff to other athletes when the coaches weren't looking and created a volatile training environment that was reported to the head coach and other coaching staff on numerous occasions. Discrediting the coaching staff or programs to other athletes is not acceptable, regardless of whether the athlete is a paying member or not.
