Mary, We checked off your inventory that was brought into our storage and everything was accounted for. You also signed the inventory that you received everything and then you called us months later. I did talk to you and stated that you did receive all of your items that was in our storage facility. I’m sorry you’ve misplaced some of your things. Candice Office manager

Calvin, I’m sorry that you were unhappy with our services due to the fact that you rented a rental truck to move across country with no air ride and you didn’t provide Our professional crew with proper equipment to load your truck. Our crews load all of our long-distance trucks for our company and we have never had any issues with the air ride trucks. Also you knew that we were not responsible once the movers left. I’m unsure if the movers that you hired to unload maybe they damaged these items or items got damage with no air ride truck bouncing across country and not having provided us with not enough pads. Anna, Thank you for the positive review on our movers and yes we do pay them very well. As far as our storage facility we always let our customers know prior to the move that our Facility isn’t a public facility. Were a private facility,due to insurance reasons we were unable to let anyone on the property. This is known prior to the move by email and by verbal. Sorry you’re not happy with our procedures. We do pay our guys a minimum. Candice

Alisa, We are so sorry to hear about your table but, unfortunately trailers and rental trucks aren’t air ride . So the ride is very rough on furniture. Tables on the their legs is Standard way to load a trailer for base . It’s pretty typical in the moving Industry not to be held responsibility for the loading Of rental truck or trailer, due to rental and trailer don’t not have the Proper equipment. Susie, Unfortunately , you didn’t read the emailI sent to you on 2/26/19 and you moved on 3/14/19 over two weeks before you moved to see that it states we aren’t responsible for boxes packed by shipper and once we unload items in public storage we take No responsibility. This damage could have happen when you moved out of storage and drive 160miles away. We didn’t move you out of storage, it most likely was done by the people that did your move out of storage . Sorry you feel this way but we have had a very reparable company for 30 +years . Candice Office manager

Jean, It’s very unfortunate that you misunderstood our policy by phone and by email prior to you move date. It’s states we are not a public storage facility in the email I sent you on 6/11/19 the date you booked your move . You stated we would be holding your table and chairs for 10 days and I stated we would hold it in our warehouse for free for those days until we deliver to your new place. Keep our storage private keeps our insurance rates low. We have been running very reparable company for over 30yrs and we insulted by you statement that we scammed you. We always do the right thing and do lots of Charity work In the valley. We are productive citizens in the valley. Sorry you feel the way you do ,we did nothing wrong. We just provided you with service you needed sorry you didn’t won’t to pay for the service. Candice Jones
